Northeast Family Services is a premier and rapidly expanding mental health provider with over 20 years of experience delivering compassionate, evidence-based care to children, adolescents, adults, and families. As we continue to grow in New York, we’re seeking an experienced, LCSW-licensed Program Director to lead our Home and Community Based Therapy team.

About the role

The Program Director will provide clinical supervision to a team of Home and Community Based Therapists who deliver structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions to treat youth behavioral health needs. We utilize multiple evidence-based practices that promote families' strengths. The role ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements and performance specifications.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical supervision to a team of Home and Community Based Therapists.
  • Mentor and support clinicians in delivering evidence-based, strength-focused interventions.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and performance specifications.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Social Work.
  • Independent New York State License (LCSW preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience supervising clinicians who work with children, youth, and families, preferably in a community-based setting.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working with children, youth, and families.
  • Previous outpatient clinical experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

Bilingual ability in Spanish, Chinese, Korean, Russian, or Hindi is a plus.

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 – $95,000 per year.
