Responsibilities

  • Provides strategic leadership, clinical oversight, and operational management for all clinical services within the program.
  • Ensures high-quality, trauma-informed, and evidence-based care for participants while maintaining compliance and regulatory standards, licensing requirements, and best practices.
  • Supervises clinical staff, direct service professionals, guides program development, and collaborates with internal and external partners to advance the organization’s mission.
  • Develops additional programs state-wide and builds business relationships with state officials.
  • Works flexible non-traditional hours to meet program objectives and participant needs.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field.
  • Must be Licensed Practitioner with valid active license in good standing in their specific state as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • 5-7 years of clinical experience, including supervisory or leadership roles.
  • Program Director Role includes: 3-5 years of experience in youth services, community programs, and/or program development.
  • At least 1 year of leadership experience in human services, youth development, child welfare, juvenile justice, behavioral health, education, or related.
  • Proven experience in supervising and delivering behavioral health services.
  • Background in home and community-based service provision.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications.
  • Proficient with computers and technology relevant to program management.
  • Strong leadership abilities and commitment to service excellence.
  • CPR/First Aid Certification (preferred)
  • Behavior Management (MANDT) Certification (preferred)
  • Bilingual/Spanish speaking is a plus.
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance coverage required.

Pay

$90,000

Schedule

Flexible non-traditional hours to meet program objectives and participant needs.
