Responsibilities
- Provides strategic leadership, clinical oversight, and operational management for all clinical services within the program.
- Ensures high-quality, trauma-informed, and evidence-based care for participants while maintaining compliance and regulatory standards, licensing requirements, and best practices.
- Supervises clinical staff, direct service professionals, guides program development, and collaborates with internal and external partners to advance the organization’s mission.
- Develops additional programs state-wide and builds business relationships with state officials.
- Works flexible non-traditional hours to meet program objectives and participant needs.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field.
- Must be Licensed Practitioner with valid active license in good standing in their specific state as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
- 5-7 years of clinical experience, including supervisory or leadership roles.
- Program Director Role includes: 3-5 years of experience in youth services, community programs, and/or program development.
- At least 1 year of leadership experience in human services, youth development, child welfare, juvenile justice, behavioral health, education, or related.
- Proven experience in supervising and delivering behavioral health services.
- Background in home and community-based service provision.
- Excellent written and verbal communications.
- Proficient with computers and technology relevant to program management.
- Strong leadership abilities and commitment to service excellence.
- CPR/First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Behavior Management (MANDT) Certification (preferred)
- Bilingual/Spanish speaking is a plus.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance coverage required.
