Responsibilities
- Provided supervision and management to clinical team
- Oversight of clinical quality, utilization, chart compliance, policy and procedure compliance
- Lead and collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment team
- Oversee formulation of individualized treatment plans
- Staff cases clinically
- Aid in coordinating discharge planning
- May be required to carry a case load as needed
- Contribute to orientation and training for new employees
- Maintain ongoing chart audits to ensure compliance and quality assurance
- Communicate and contact staff to monitor key performance indicators
- Provide clinical supervision and administrative oversight to therapists
Requirements
- Reside within the State of Florida
- Licensed: LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the State of Florida
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with the population
- Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in verbal and written skills
- Ability to work with diverse groups and individuals
- General computer skills
- Organizational and time allocation skills
- Flexibility to provide services in various settings
- Ability to document therapy services in EMR platform
- Ability to manage work-life balance and support team
- Passion for helping individuals and families improve mental health
