PROGRAM DIRECTOR (DJJ Residential Experience Required)

About the role

Rite of Passage Team is hiring a Program Director at Les Peters Youth Academy in St. Petersburg, FL. The program provides comprehensive care, treatment, supervision, and mental health services to female youth aged 14 to 19.

Responsibilities

• Quality delivery and oversight of treatment, educational, vocational, and student health and welfare services
• Oversees site budgets and expenses
• Manages and oversees Human Resources Department
• Establishes, manages, and promotes positive relationships within the program
• Ensures compliance with all licensing and regulatory agencies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field
• Four years of related experience in residential facility management
• Driver’s License

Qualifications

• Possesses strong leadership and management skills
• Ability to work effectively with youth and staff
• Experience in creating and maintaining a positive, safe, and supportive environment

Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
