Summary of Position
The duties of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Provision of participant services
- Personnel management
- Budget management
- Service authorization/reauthorization
- Interviewing referrals and family members
- Development and implementation of service/treatment plans
- Monitoring service delivery
- Hiring, training, monitoring, and supervising staff
- Staff development and training
- Problem-solving and resource securing
- Discharge planning and community linkages
- Meeting required timelines and submitting documents
- Managing the local program within budget parameters
- Identifying new opportunities and projects
Qualifications/Requirements
- Master’s degree in a health or human services field (e.g., Social Work, Psychology, Counseling)
- Active Pennsylvania licensure as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Psychiatric CRNP
- Experience with Pennsylvania IBHS regulations and service delivery preferred
- Relevant experience in a community-based behavioral health setting required; equivalent experience may be considered where permitted
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience supervising staff and managing budgets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Familiarity with electronic records or database systems
- Bilingual (Spanish speaking) is a plus
