Responsibilities

• Bonus based on performance

• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience
• Oversight of program quality to ensure curriculum expectations are met
• Training & evaluation of the team to maintain top performance
• Oversee the gym's standards and ensure a positive environment for children
• Teach amazing classes based on The Little Gym International's curriculum and teaching method
• Ensure kids walk out of classes more confident than when they walked in
• Maintain a fun, yet serious approach to the role
• Move around all day to encourage physical activity

Requirements

• Gymnastics or cheer background or experience teaching children

Qualifications

• Open to being a goofball and love giving high 5’s
• Loves to have fun but knows when to work hard
• Children really like you, and their parents like you too
• Background in child development, physical education, or gymnastics helpful
