Program Director
About the role
The CRM Program Director is the enterprise business owner of the CRM transformation, responsible for leading the execution and ongoing optimization of the CRM program, partnering with functional leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Data, and Technology to support business objectives and adoption goals.
Compensation & Schedule
Salaried: $160,000 - $190,000 (based on experience), Bonus Eligibility: 25%
Monday - Friday (standard business hours), Full-Time, Exempt

What you will do
- Enterprise Business Authority: Understanding of how S&S operates across Sales, Service, Marketing, Pricing (RGM), Technology, and Analytics - with the credibility to influence senior leaders across these areas.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, customer engagement, and commercial execution.
- Strong experience with SalesForce CRM system and ideally across Sales, Marketing, Service and Data Clouds.
- Experience implementing AI as part of a CRM system and commercial transformation.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel for field visits, training sessions, and industry events.
- Must be able to read reports and use a computer.
