About the role

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to share your passion for helping others while leading dynamic teams who bring an energetic and positive attitude while working with our youth.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and lead the staff including oversight of the residential, clinical and nursing services to ensure that youth are receiving state of the art, trauma informed care.
  • Provide leadership toward the mission and vision of the program and provide direct supervision to the Administrative Team including Clinical, Residential and Nursing Directors.
  • Be responsible for the provision of all services to youth and families, including but not limited to residential, educational and clinical services.
  • Manage the operations of all youth services and supports set forth by licensing and regulatory partners.

Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age.
  • Master’s degree in psychology, education, social work, or a related field preferred.
  • At least five years’ experience in a residential treatment program for population served, with at least three years at the management level.
  • This position may require you to participate in an on-call rotation.
  • Available to work evenings, holidays, weekend shifts as required.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $53,000 to $128,000 per year. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience, education, licensure, certifications and qualifications.
