Program Delivery Director

This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Program Portfolio Managers, overseeing their development and performance
• Engage with C-level executives to steer enterprise transformation and migration programs
• Identify client business goals and develop impactful proposals to meet them
• Collaborate with tech experts to create execution plans and architectural roadmaps
• Manage client transitions during complex migration scenarios ensuring operational consistency
• Drive collaboration among internal and client technology teams for migration strategies
• Facilitate workshops for solution development and present findings to diverse audiences

Qualifications

• 15+ years leading technology in hosting and cloud services
• 7+ years in enterprise IT leadership, consulting, or engineering roles
• Experience in large-scale IT change management and transformation
• Strong business acumen to shape client transformation initiatives
• Established credibility with C-suite and board-level stakeholders
• Proficiency with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and hybrid solutions

Pay

$140,000 – $210,000 annually
