About the Role

Pediatric Partners, a part of the Sevita family, provides comprehensive in-home and clinic-based therapeutic services for infants, children, and young adults. Our teams of compassionate pediatric experts help children with medically complex, developmental, behavioral, educational, or other needs learn the skills they need to thrive. We offer physical, occupational, speech-language and feeding therapy; augmentative and alternative communication; mental health counseling, applied behavior analysis, and early intervention services.

This role is a growth-focused leadership position responsible for building and expanding Pediatric Partners' in-home therapy services across the Twin Cities. Initially, the Program Director will focus on growing PT, OT, and Speech services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), beginning with referrals through Sevita’s Community Services programs and expanding relationships with other IDD organizations. Longer term, the role will support expansion into pediatric therapy through partnerships with Sevita’s existing ABA centers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute growth strategies for therapy services across the Twin Cities.
  • Build referral pipelines and convert opportunities into active PT, OT, and Speech caseloads.
  • Strengthen partnerships with Sevita Community Services and develop new relationships with IDD organizations, healthcare providers, and community partners.
  • Drive patient census, referral, service volume, and revenue goals.
  • Monitor referral activity, conversion, clinician capacity, productivity, and market performance to identify growth opportunities.
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop PT, OT, and Speech clinicians as service volume grows.
  • Lead day-to-day therapy operations, including caseload assignments, scheduling, productivity, staffing, and coverage.
  • Oversee team performance, coaching, engagement, and professional development.
  • Maintain quality and documentation standards in partnership with senior clinicians and discipline leads.
  • Oversee billing processes, payroll approvals, and other operational requirements.
  • Partner with Marketing, Community Services, and leadership on outreach, market planning, budgeting, and performance goals.
  • Represent Sevita through community outreach, networking, professional associations, and partnership development.
  • Support longer-term expansion into pediatric therapy through Sevita’s Twin Cities ABA centers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of healthcare leadership, operations, business development, or clinical experience, including management experience.
  • Demonstrated success growing referrals, partnerships, patient volume, or healthcare services.
  • Strong operational leadership skills with experience building teams and launching or scaling services.
  • Ability to lead and hold licensed PT, OT, and Speech clinicians accountable for quality and performance, regardless of personal clinical credential.
  • Understanding of therapy operations, including caseload management, scheduling, productivity, documentation, and reimbursement.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, organizational, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Comfortable working in a hands-on, growth-oriented environment.
  • Experience with IDD populations and/or home- and community-based therapy services preferred.
  • Master’s-level clinical background and active Minnesota licensure in PT, OT, or Speech (CCCs for SLP) preferred, but not required.
  • Proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Located in the greater Minneapolis–St. Paul area.

Benefits

  • Full benefits package for full-time employees, including medical, dental, and vision.
  • 401(k) with company match.
  • Generous paid time off and holiday pay.
  • Opportunities for career growth and advancement within a nationwide organization.
  • Supportive, team-oriented work environment.
  • Meaningful, mission-driven work that makes a difference every day.

Pay

$80,000-$95,000 annual salary range based on experience.
