Program Director

This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a Technical Services environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate diverse project teams independently in a fast-paced environment
• Oversee project management tasks ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and schedules
• Function as Scrum Master to facilitate Agile ceremonies and enhance team dynamics
• Act as key contact for clients and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks impacting project deliverables

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience with progressive responsibility
• 2+ years of experience working in Agile environments
• Experience managing distributed or remote teams effectively
• Proven ability to deliver large-scale digital projects ($1MM+, 9+ months)
• In-depth knowledge of the digital development process and relevant technologies

Pay

$122,000 – $145,000 annually
