  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 6 years of professional experience; or 4 years of professional experience with a related Master’s degree.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite products and SAP.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with the ability to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.

Behind the scenes, our dedicated International Military Aftermarket Sustainment team provides comprehensive support and services to our helicopter customers throughout the entire lifecycle of their aircraft. Our team's primary focus is on ensuring the ongoing airworthiness, safety, and performance of Sikorsky helicopters, while also delivering exceptional customer service and support.

THE WORK

As a Program/Customer Rep Sr., you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional customer service and support from a sustainment perspective. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and concerns, and working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions that meet their requirements. Specific Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing customer support and guidance on maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) services, spare parts, and technical publications.
  • Collaborating with internal teams, including engineering, logistics, and supply chain, to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of customer needs, preferences, and pain points to inform sustainment strategies and improve customer outcomes.
  • Identifying opportunities to grow customer relationships and increase revenue.
