Sr Customer Service Rep

Job Responsibilities

• Assists the Customer Service Supervisor in the supervision of all Customer Service Personnel
• Actively participates in the training of all Customer Service personnel including new hires
• Maintains the accuracy of patient orders by monitoring the flow of orders to and from the Customer Service Department
• Deletes, corrects, or re-enters patient orders as deemed necessary
• Maintains professional conduct during customer interactions
• Makes sure that all Customer Service personnel are using proper telephone techniques
