Job Responsibilities
- Affords support to the Customer Service Supervisor in overseeing all Customer Service staff members.
- Participates in the training of all Customer Service personnel, including new hires.
- Maintains oversight of the order flow between the Customer Service department and other relevant areas.
- Ensures that patient orders are deleted, corrected, or re-entered as required.
- Monitors incoming and outgoing phone calls to ensure proper telephone techniques are being utilized by Customer Service personnel.
