Job Responsibilities
- Affords support to the Customer Service Supervisor in overseeing all Customer Service staff members
- Participates in the ongoing training of all Customer Service personnel, including new hires
- Maintains oversight of the order flow between the Customer Service department and other relevant areas
- Handles the deletion, correction, or re-entry of patient orders as required
- Monitors incoming and outgoing customer service phone calls to ensure appropriate telephone etiquette is being utilized
