About the role
The Program Coordinator - Self-Directed Services is responsible for overseeing the implementation and coordination of self-directed services programs within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the development and execution of self-directed services programs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure program success
- Monitor program outcomes and make adjustments as necessary
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and staff
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in program management or social services
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with data analysis tools
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
