Program Coordinator (PROGR006569)

RBC Sargent Aerospace & Defense is seeking an enthusiastic learner to fill the role of Program Coordinator. This position offers the opportunity to perform a variety of duties under the direction of the Contract Manager, gaining experience in Project Management and positioning you for growth within the organization. Responsibilities

• Maintain project schedules, charters, and other project management-related materials.
• Coordinate and communicate with customers to ensure adherence to contract requirements and resolve project-related issues.
• Coordinate and communicate with the project team to adhere to schedule and budget.
• Assist contract administrators with the development of proposals and quotes.
• Prepare, organize, and analyze data sets to develop and provide monthly reports tracking business performance to senior management.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or higher, and 2 years’ experience related to the roles and responsibilities above, or a bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or engineering management from an accredited university, or in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 4 years of related job experience.
• Experience using MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Must be a US Citizen.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Government Contracting.
• Experience in Manufacturing.
• Experience in Program or Project Management.
• Experience with technical writing.
• PMP certification.
