Program Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Assist the Program Manager in ensuring that the tasks on resident care plans are completed
• Assist with schedule changes
• Ensure completed documentation
• Provide quality personal care services and health‑related services

Qualifications

• A two‑year degree in a social services area of study or an equivalent combination of experience and education
• Minimum of two years of experience working with adults with physical disabilities and/or traumatic brain injuries in a rehabilitation or transitional long‑term‑care setting
• Ability to model excellent work behaviors and team‑oriented problem solving
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to self‑motivate and effectively manage time and shift priorities
• Ability to accompany and/or transport residents within the community

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience

2 – 20 years of relevant experience.

Pay

Starting wage of $23.00 per hour.
