Program Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a full time Program Coordinator for our location in Coon Rapids.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Program Manager in ensuring that the tasks on resident care plans are completed
• Assist with schedule changes
• Ensure completed documentation
• Provide quality personal care services and health-related services

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (minimum education)
• A two‑year degree in a social services area of study or an equivalent combination of experience and education
• Minimum of two years of experience working with adults with physical disabilities and/or traumatic brain injuries in a rehabilitation or transitional long‑term‑care setting (2–20 years experience range)
• Ability to model excellent work behaviors and team‑oriented problem solving
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to self‑motivate and effectively manage time and shift priorities
• Ability to accompany and/or transport residents within the community

Pay

Compensation: $23.00 – $23.00 per hour (starting wage $23.00)
