Program Coordinator- OTA or PTA

Overview

Key Rehab is seeking a full-time Program Coordinator-OTA or PTA to join their team in Falls City, NE. The position offers a sign-on bonus of up to $2,500** and includes competitive salaries and benefits.

Education

• Required: Completion of an accredited PTA or OTA program
• Preferred: Prior experience in long-term care setting and service coordination

Licenses/Certificates

• Required: Current PTA or OTA license to practice in the state(s) assigned
• Required: CPR
• Required: Valid driver license and car insurance as required by state law
• Required: Other items as required by federal, state and local standards

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy under their disciplinary scope of practice (OTA or PTA)
• Serve as the liaison between Key Rehab and community staff
• Minimize administrative burden and provide support to clinicians to deliver therapy services
• Cookstaff and daily scheduling to meet key performance indicators and expectations under the direction of a Regional Supervisor
