Program Coordinator- OTA or PTA
Overview
Key Rehab is seeking a full-time Program Coordinator-OTA or PTA to join their team in the Humboldt area at a skilled nursing facility (SNF). Apply now and receive a sign-on bonus of up to $2,500**.
Education
- Required: Completion of an accredited PTA or OTA program
Experience
- Prior experience in long-term care setting and service coordination is preferred
- Required: Current PTA or OTA license to practice in the state(s) assigned
- Required: CPR
- Required: Valid driver license and car insurance as required by state law
- Other items as required by federal, state, and local standards
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility and team collaboration
- Exceptional communication skills
- Experience with geriatric population
- Knowledge of Medicare billing regulations
- Provide therapy under their disciplinary scope of practice (OTA or PTA)
- Serve as the liaison between Key Rehab and community staff
- Minimize administrative burden and provide support to clinicians to deliver therapy services
- Cook up staffing and daily scheduling to meet key performance indicators and expectations under the direction of a Regional Supervisor
