Program Coordinator- Neurosurgery

About the role

The Department of Neurosurgery at Boston Children’s Hospital is seeking a Program Coordinator to manage and support program activities. The position coordinates day-to-day operations and ensures that program goals and objectives are met.

Responsibilities

• Captures and manages outpatient and surgical scheduling, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborates with providers and program calendars, including managing meetings and appointments.
• Provides general administrative support to the program team as needed.
• Serves as a primary point of contact for scheduling-related inquiries.

Requirements

Experience: 1 year of relevant experience and an associate’s degree or equivalent.

Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience and an associate’s degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent.

Skills

• Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Pay

The posted pay range is $46,488.00 - $78,832.00 annually.

Schedule

The position is full-time with a hybrid schedule after initial training.
