Program Coordinator II: Eglin AFB
Duties And Responsibilities
- Perform common business practices relating to purchasing, pricing, terms, shipments, taxes and payments for commodities and services
- Process purchase orders and administer all procurement documentation per company procurement policies and FAR regulations
- Review, place and process requests for suppliers and repair services using corporate purchasing card. Includes, routine, non-routine and emergency requests
- Track purchases and verify accurate billing
- Perform duties as a travel coordinator
- Prepare travel estimates
- Make rental car, hotel, airline reservations, transfers, changes, and cancellations. Reservations will include booking domestic and international air travel, car, and hotel reservations for employees through corporate travel agency
- Reconcile travel expenses and prepares final travel reports for submission to customer for reimbursements
- Reconcile monthly corporate purchase card statements
- Perform Files Maintenance and Disposition duties
- Organize, update and retain product information files and purchase order records
- Provide feedback and status updates to management including approval priority and completion status
- May be required to perform other duties as directed to meet company needs
Qualification Standards
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Associates Degree preferred
- Five (5) years of specialized administrative work
- Clerical accounting principles, office practices and procedures including record keeping and general-bookkeeping procedures
- Strong communication and organizational skills with a high attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Outlook, and MS Excel)
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
