Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer service to the general public via telephone, events, partner agencies, and community outreach.
- Deliver administrative and technical program support for STA projects and programs within Solano County through telephone, events, partnerships, and other community outreach.
- Maintain customer service and communication contacts with partner agencies, using tact, discretion, and independent judgment, as well as knowledge of Authority activities.
