Core Responsibilities
- Assist the Program Director with phone calls, scheduling, correspondence, and day-to-day administrative operations.
- Cook up logistics for faculty, students, and program mentors.
- In the Director's absence, serve as the primary point of contact for the program.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, external inquiries, internship hosts, mentors, and other program partners.
- Maintain clear, professional communication with internal and external stakeholders to support program operations.
- Serve as the first point of contact for students, providing support with orientation and transition needs, including housing, cultural adjustment, transportation, banking, healthcare, and other student-related concerns.
- Manage the program's financial administrative processes, including processing invoices, coordinating rent payments, managing vendor transactions, monitoring expenditures, and tracking budgets.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute program events, guest lectures, travel arrangements, meetings, and other activities by managing schedules, reservations, and logistical details.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree required.
- 1-3 years of administrative experience required.
- A combination of education and relevant experience from which comparable knowledge is demonstrated may be considered.
