Summary of the Position
This position is responsible to provide support for the Middlesex County Diversion program and program director. Program Coordinator should have a strong knowledge of the day-to-day operations of their program, particularly as it relates to contract compliance, service delivery, and the participants intake/referral process for services.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree generally preferred; commensurate experience in community-based agency program is acceptable except for programs where the referring authority requires a specific degree.
- At a minimum, at least one-year previous experience in managing personnel and budgets.
- Demonstrated communication skills, both oral and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience using an electronic health record (EHR) system is a plus.
- Experience in the provision of home and community-based services.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance coverage.
- Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred.
