Responsibilities

  • Adhere to all program and affiliate organization record-keeping requirements and maintain accurate client records, databases, and program documentation
  • Process client assistance payments, invoices, and program expenses in partnership with finance staff
  • Provide administrative and operational support to program staff and leadership, including assistance supporting grant reporting, audits, and program monitoring activities
  • Track program outcomes, client services, performance data, and help identify opportunities to improve program processes and service delivery
  • Ensure client folders are complete, organized, and in compliance with grant requirements
  • Serve as a key liaison between program staff, finance staff, and community partners by ensuring accurate documentation, timely financial transactions, data quality, and supporting successful program implementation through the coordination and administration of client assistance and quality assurance

Requirements

  • 2 years of office/administrative experience, with data entry experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Reliable transportation for business purposes, such as between work locations and community settings (this position drives clients in personal and/or agency rental vehicles)
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to read, write, and speak in English
  • Standard LCSNW criminal clearance, including national sex offender check, motor vehicle records, valid Oregon driver’s license with clean driving record, and active auto insurance
