Program Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Program Coordinator to join our dynamic team at CLEAResult. Our mission is to lead the transition to a sustainable, equitable, and carbon-neutral energy-efficient future through a people-first culture.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key point of contact between customers, internal teams, and external partners.
• Coordinate customer inquiries, resolve issues, ensure timely communication, and support daily service operations to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Provide in-person outreach at community events.
• Demonstrate attention to detail.
• Participate in community events and meetings to engage the public and increase awareness of organizational programs and services.

Requirements

• 2-4 years’ experience.
• Associates degree preferred.
• DOT Requirements if applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations.

• Dependable, punctual, and demonstrates attention to detail.
• Team-oriented and able to collaborate well with others.
• Exceptional customer support skills, including answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive overall experience (in person and on the phone).

Pay

Compensation range: $17.75 - $25.05 per hour. Currency: USD.

Schedule

Hourly.
