Program Control Analyst II (Hybrid)
About the role
Joining our Finance team means you are the backbone behind managing all the financial aspects for multiple contracts and programs that help keep nations safe. This exciting and challenging position will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate forecasts and program financial analysis for programs within the assigned program area.
Responsibilities
- Support the business area strategy and provide accurate financial data and analysis for decision-making
- Develop relationships as a full business partner with the program teams
- Ensure timely and accurate forecasts and program financial analysis for programs within the assigned program area
- Develop and maintain program controls systems and metrics/reporting
- Communicate and present financial data to other functions in an accurate, concise, and understandable manner
- Prioritize and self-manage a multi-tasked workload in a fast-paced environment
- Make decisions with sound judgment while complying with company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related degree / and 2+ years of relevant work experience; alternatively, a master’s degree
- Experience working with Program Management, Program Controls, Program Finance, and/or Earned Value Management (EVM) concepts and processes in a Government contracting environment
- Demonstrated ability to support program managers and their control account managers with the use and maintenance of program controls systems and metrics/reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools with efficiency using Microsoft Excel
- Experience managing, analyzing, and extracting insights from large datasets
- Demonstrated problem solving and in-depth analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and present financial data to other functions in an accurate, concise, and understandable manner
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact cross functionally
- Ability to prioritize and self-manage a multi-tasked workload in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to make decisions with sound judgment while complying with company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Experience with Oracle, Hyperion, and Cobra
- Experience with project forecasting and analysis, particularly in a US Defense environment
- Sound understanding and knowledge of industry practices, techniques and standards as well as broad application of concepts and company policies

Pay
Full-Time Salary Range: $67406 - $114590
