Program Compliance Specialist Manager

About the role

This position involves leading detailed investigations, conducting on-site reviews, analyzing records and data for red flags, and collaborating with providers, contractors, and partner agencies to ensure decisions are based on verified facts.

Responsibilities

• Lead investigations and on-site reviews to identify non-compliance and prevent improper payments.
• Support providers in understanding program requirements and implementing corrective actions.
• Refine monitoring tools and strengthen policies and procedures to reduce risk and improve operations.
• Develop fraud prevention materials and assist in administrative hearings.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• A minimum of five years of related experience, including experience with Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) policies, Child Care eligibility regulations, Child Care subsidy or public benefit programs.
• Experience with inspections, investigative compliance, fraud detection, auditing, program integrity, and administrative hearings is strongly preferred.
• Equivalent combinations of education and professional experience will be considered.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, or a related field of study is preferred.
