Program Clinical Supervisor II - Screening To Care
About the role
Program Clinical Supervisor II, in collaboration with the Program Director, serves as a pivotal partner in overseeing care and services for participants whilst upholding programmatic fidelity and achieving successful outcomes and satisfaction for participants. Screening to Care is a School-Based behavioral health program in partnership with Santee School District focused on providing prevention and intervention services to students through Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS).
Responsibilities
- Plans, supervises, reviews, and oversees the work of direct care staff (partner staff, BA-level staff, registered BBS staff and Licensed staff)
- Reviews and ensures program documentation meets the relevant standards
- Provides consultation related to participant/family needs and plans
- Ensures compliance with Fred Finch and federal, state, and county guidelines
- Provides strategic and operational direction in programs covering the areas of productivity and financial performance
- Provides direct service as needed
- Performs related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Two (2) years of work experience with population, supervisory and/or combination
- Knowledge of designing, supervising, monitoring, updating, and discontinuing individualized behavioral, mental, and emotional interventions
- Demonstrated ability to utilize de-escalation techniques that align with the trauma informed care model as part of intervention strategy for working with participants in crisis
- Demonstrated understanding of the developmental milestones of children, youth, or young adults to provide care, treatment and services
- Ability to deliver and oversee trauma informed, culturally responsive, and age-appropriate services for participants and families
- Ability to manage, coach, provide developmental feedback, and supervise staff
- Willing and available for in-person work during regular business hours 8:00 am - 5:00pm, Monday-Friday
- Willing and able to work additional hours as needed
Licenses and certifications
- Licensed verified by the Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) as either a LMFT, LCSW or LPCC
- Clean driving record and a current CA Driver's License or ability to obtain within 10 days after hire
- Must have access to dependable transportation available and personal car insurance, unless using agency vehicle
- Must be able to conduct a CANS/ANSA assessment within 90 days of employment if the work assignment is in a county program that requires CANS/ANSA certification

Pay
This position is paid on a bi-weekly basis across 22 pay periods, aligned with the 10-month school-year calendar. Program Clinical Supervisor II: $3,264 - $4,165.60 per pay period. Employees are eligible for a 3% stay-on incentive upon completion of a full work-year calendar.
Schedule
This position supports a program with a current term ending December 31, 2026. Continued employment beyond that date is contingent upon the continuation or extension of the program.
