Program Assistant - Senior Living

What You'll Do

• Affiliate with planning, coordinating, and leading resident activities, events, and wellness programs
• Encourage participation and build meaningful relationships with residents and families
• Prepare supplies, decorations, and materials for programs, special events, and holiday celebrations
• Support resident wellness by creating opportunities for social engagement, purpose, and connection
• Participate in activities and help create an energetic, welcoming environment
• Maintain activity records and assist with program documentation
• Partner with fellow associates to ensure residents experience the highest level of hospitality and service
