Program Analyst (Test Resource Manager) Journeyman

Responsibilities

• Utilize Integrated Test and Evaluation Management Systems (iTEMS), including iTrack and iTest, to support test planning and execution tracking.
• Produce and maintain test execution metrics and status reports to support program leadership and decision-making.
• Use Microsoft Project to track schedules, milestones, and task progress related to test activities.
• Cook up and administer the Test Data Management Working Group, including scheduling and facilitating quarterly meetings.
• Track items for test (aircraft, test plans, flight clearances)
• Cook up and build briefs and metrics as required

Qualifications

• Must be familiar with Microsoft applications
• Navy acquisition and test experience desired

Pay

• The projected salary range for this position is $85,000- $110,000; however, this is not a guarantee of salary.
• Salary will be set based on experience and contractual requirements.
