Program Management Analyst (Journeyman
Responsibilities
Performs critical program management, technical, or business analysis of major DoD acquisition systems and provides recommendations to ensure program success.
Provides program analysis support for all aspects of the program.
Participates as a member of and/or supports the specified Program and Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).
Collects, completes, organizes, and interprets technical data and financial information relating to aircraft acquisition and product programs.
Tracks program/project status and schedules.
Applies policies and procedures for financial planning.
Must perform program management, technical, or business analysis tasking related to weapon systems acquisition, and lifecycle management.
Qualifications
- Business, Management, Technical or Scientific BS or BA degree from an accredited college or university.
- ALLOWABLE SUBSTITUTION: Business, Management, Technical or Scientific AS or AA degree from an accredited college or university and an additional four (4) years of recent and relevant experience OR an additional six (6) years of recent and relevant experience.
- Experience with SECNAV, OPNAV, and OSD policy and documentation related to PPBS, Military Interdepartmental Procurement Requests (MIPR), Work Requests, Requisitions, CDRLs, and DD Form 254 (as specified in the DoD 5000 series) is required.
Location
All billets will be On-Site, sitting in the Program Office spaces.
Clearance Required
Top Secret, potentially SCI. All positions will need SAP.
Travel
Minimal, perhaps once every 6 weeks.
Compensation Statement
At Sabre Systems, LLC, compensation is based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, and contract-specific requirements; however, final compensation will be determined by individual qualifications and applicable contract terms. The general salary range for this position is as follows $118,999.00 - $141,109.00
