Program Management Analyst, Journeyman

About the role

KAIROS, Inc. is searching for an energetic, experienced, and highly motivated Program Management Analyst, Journeyman, to join their team. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Primary Duties

• Apply analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives.
• Analyzes requirements, status, budget, and schedules.
• Performs management, technical, or business case analyses.
• Collections, completes, organizes, and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs.
• Tracks program/project status and schedules.
• Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management, and data management.

• Self-starter, highly motivated, strong work ethic with a commitment to quality.
• Microsoft Office suite proficiency, i.e., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience developing program-level briefs.
• Ability to work within a challenging, fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to multitask and meet competing, deliverable deadlines.
• Detail oriented.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to provide clear status and/or communicate issues.
• Ability to adapt to evolving technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, business management, finance, accounting, or other technical-related disciplines.
• In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, an Associate’s degree plus two (2) additional years of work experience may be substituted.
• In lieu of a degree, an additional four (4) years of experience may be substituted.
• Three (3) to ten (10) years of experience working as a program, project or management analyst supporting the DoD.
• Experience in program management, IPT lead, or operational fleet experience integrated with program management cost, schedule, and performance.

Pay

The estimated salary range for this position is $76,000.00 to $86,000.00.
