About the role
The Program Analyst will provide overall management, leadership, and oversight for contract execution in support of USSOCOM requirements.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive program support encompassing strategic planning and resource planning
- Administer contract deliverables and ensure quality assurance development and reporting
- Review Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL)
- Support strategic resource planning, including POM submissions and spend plans
- Support budget execution, including funding document processing and invoice review
- Assist with technical and application assessment support
- Plan, analyze, and evaluate government contracts
- Afford assistance in monitoring, measuring, and reporting on contractual requirements and performance
- Deliver expertise to facilitate the development of initial assessments, initiative design documents, and monitoring of program and activities
- Afford actions to assist the government, such as ensuring contract administrative duties, deliverables, objectives, and quality of contract are executed
- Execute and monitor contractual management requirements
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Support program reviews, briefings, and stakeholder engagements
