Program Analyst (SOCOM)
About the role
The Program Analyst provides overall management, leadership, and oversight for contract execution in support of USSOCOM requirements. These requirements encompass strategic planning and resource planning, contract deliverables and administration, quality assurance development and reporting, CDRL review, strategic resource planning support, budget execution support, technical and application assessment support.
Responsibilities
- Planner, analyzer, and evaluator of government contracts
- Aids in monitoring, measuring, and reporting on overall contractual requirements and performance
- Delivers expertise to facilitate the development of initial assessments, initiative design documents, and monitoring of program and activities
- Ensures contract administrative duties, deliverables, objectives, and quality of contract are executed
- Reviews, manages, and ensures timely submission of all CDRLs and deliverables
- Executes and monitors contractual management requirements
- Identifies risks and implements mitigation strategies
- Supports program reviews, briefings, and stakeholder engagements
Requirements
This position requires on-site work. The Program Analyst must have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of experience in contract management, program analysis, and/or related areas. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with DoD contracting processes are required. Experience with USSOCOM and DoD policies and procedures is preferred.

Must be able to pass a background check and obtain a Secret clearance.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 annually.
Schedule
The Program Analyst is expected to work full-time, with occasional evening and weekend work as needed.
