About the Role

The Program Analyst will provide support to the Director of Programs, Senior Managers, Program/Project Managers, and staff.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Director of Programs and Program Managers with all duties as assigned.
  • Perform qualitative and quantitative analyses with a focus on Budget/Risk Analysis using EVM techniques, management of cost, schedule, and performance metrics.
  • Generate, interpret, and execute reports, milestone requirements, deliverables, and risk-identification and management techniques at both project and program levels.
  • Plan, establish, and review contracts, programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Research and resolve contract issues.
  • Perform analyses and provide recommendations on matters related to contract performance.
  • Update and monitor overhead budgets.
  • Collect, analyze, and report data, making recommendations based on quantitative and qualitative analyses.

This position does not have supervisory responsibilities but has the authority to carry out assigned tasks.

Requirements

  • Program Analyst I: BA/BS or currently enrolled, or High School Diploma/Equivalent with 4-8 years’ technical experience.
  • Program Analyst II: BA/BS with 5 years’ experience, or High School Diploma/Equivalent with 10-15 years’ experience.
  • Program Analyst III: BA/BS with 10 years’ experience, or High School Diploma/Equivalent with 20 years’ technical experience.
  • Previous experience working within an EVMS environment.
  • Expertise in Deltek, Cost Point, COGNOS, and COBRA.
  • Thorough understanding of DoD FAR, DFAS CAS, DFARS, and GAGAS.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Microsoft Project, Excel, Access, Outlook, and Word.
  • Strong communication and organization skills.
  • Previous technical writing and proposal writing experience.
  • Previous experience working in a DoD, IDIQ environment.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain Government Security Clearance.
