About the role
This position combines design, analytics, and program support to produce high-quality visual assets, maintain brand consistency, and drive data-driven program optimization.
Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-quality visual assets including graphics, infographics, presentations, email templates, and program collateral.
- Maintain and evolve brand identity guidelines to ensure consistency across all materials and program details.
- Create data visualizations and dashboards that transform complex analytics into clear, compelling visual stories.
- Develop templates and design systems that enable scalable marketing production.
- Collaborate with program team members to conceptualize and execute creative project material.
- Manage relationships with internal team members, Government customers, and external vendors.
- Conduct market research, analysis, and logistical studies.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders and leadership.
- Identify trends, insights, and opportunities for program optimization and improvement.
- Support budget, schedule, and program details tracking, resource allocation, and program planning activities.
- Evaluate program effectiveness and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Coordinate cross-functional program initiatives and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Maintain calendars, project timelines, and documentation.
- Facilitate communication between creative, analytical, and strategic teams.
- Support the development and implementation of integrated program strategies.
- Assist in the planning and execution of events, campaigns, and program launches.
- Ensure all material aligns with program goals and standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Internship experience in a role combining marketing, design, and/or analytical functions.
- Proven portfolio demonstrating graphic design skills and marketing materials.
- Experience with marketing campaign analysis and performance reporting.
Skills
- Design Software: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Analytics Tools: Experience with Google Analytics, marketing automation platforms, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
- Microsoft Office: Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis); proficiency in PowerPoint and Word.
- Marketing Platforms: Familiarity with CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.
- Project Management: Experience with project management software.
