PeopleTec is seeking a Management Analyst / Program Support Specialist to support the PAE Fires, Advanced C-UAS Effects Project Office in Huntsville, AL. This role combines analytical expertise and operations support for a high-tempo Project Management Office, focusing on management analysis, program performance improvement, and administrative functions.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day operational support for a high-tempo O-6 Project Office, including in/out processing for personnel.
- Maintain accurate Emergency Personnel Data updates.
- Process organization Hiring Request Forms.
- Assist with maintaining the Table of Distribution and Allowance (TDA) tracker.
- Track supply inventory and process travel authorizations and vouchers in DTS.
- Process FedEx mailing requests and award packages.
- Assist with property accountability.
- Facilitate program operations, including updating the ACE Project Office telephone directory, seating charts, staff call charts, cubicles, and door signage.
- Solve operational problems and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Prepare management reports, presentations, and recommendations for executive leadership.
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of relevant experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of preparing clear reports, briefings, and official correspondence.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address complex administrative challenges.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines accurately.
- Experience providing executive assistance, including calendar management, scheduling, travel coordination, and correspondence drafting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, MS Teams, Excel) and the Defense Travel System (DTS).
- Ability to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
- Self-starter with strong attention to detail and minimal need for direction.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to brief senior leaders (DoD) and influence decision-making.
- Flexible and positive attitude in the face of challenges and ambiguity.
- Current U.S. driver’s license.
- 10% travel required.
- Must be a U.S. citizen with an active U.S. DoD Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one upon hire.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university in information technology, business administration, or a related field.
Desired Skills
- Experience engaging with General Officers and Senior Leaders, including executive-level briefings and cross-functional coordination across joint, interagency, and service components.
- Experience with DoD programs, particularly in acquisition and program management of warfighter systems.
- Event planning experience for high-profile events or meetings.
