About the role
Serve as a capability manager engaged in the planning, preparation, execution, and assessment of capabilities integration, development, and management of the Persistent Cyber Training Event – Operations Group (PCTE-OG).
Responsibilities
- Evaluate program effectiveness of existing and future range and training operation requirements for mission accomplishment.
- Manage program funding requirements for existing and future program capabilities.
- Provide technical guidance on program/project performance to relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
- Conditions of employment: Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation. Three-year trial/probationary period may be required. Must be able to obtain and maintain a TOP SECRET SCI clearance as a condition of employment and must complete a counterintelligence scope polygraph exam. This is a Drug Testing Designated Position. Work may occasionally require travel away from the normal duty station on military and/or commercial aircraft up to 25% of the time.
- Qualifications: Must meet the experience requirements described below. Specialized experience would be demonstrated by 1. evaluating program effectiveness of existing and future range and training operation requirements for mission accomplishment; 2. managing program funding requirements for existing and future program capabilities; 3. provide technical guidance on program/project performance to relevant stakeholders.
