About the position
Program Analysts in the Hydroelectric Design Center are responsible for assisting managers in the execution the operational overhead budget; oversight actions on project funds; receiving project funds from various offices; and providing reports on the status of fund execution. Additionally, PAs support the reporting requirements for higher offices on overhead and project funds.
