Program Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical lead across all task orders, providing expert-level system support.
• Manage data collection, review against audit regulations, data entry, and quality reporting.
• Cook up field validations, space management planning, and asset documentation (DD1354s, MFRs).
• Secure and maintain necessary system credentials and complete required DoD training.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Must be a subject matter expert in at least one primary system (GFEBS, INFADS, BUILDER, or GIS).
• 2+ years of demonstrated experience with the specific system of record and all underlying modules. Note: Experience must be recent (within the last 24 months; preference within the last 12 months).
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management.
• Must possess and maintain a current Information Assurance Technician (IAT) Level I professional certification.
