Program Advisor
About the Role
Teachers of Tomorrow seeks a professional and enthusiastic Program Advisor to coach and guide teacher applicants and interns through our alternative teaching certification program. The ideal candidate will illustrate passion for the education field and a desire to help others succeed. This position is eligible for a hybrid or remote work schedule. Preferred candidate will be located in Arizona, Nevada, Colorado, or New Mexico.
Starting pay for this position is $23.00 per hour.

Responsibilities
- Gain expertise about the certification/licensure programs, state requirements, and company policies and procedures
- Use this knowledge to engage with candidates to help them strategize and problem solve to move along within the program to complete their certification
- Engage and recognize incoming calls as priority tasks
- Manage volume of emails, inbound and outbound calls
- Assist state operations team with sales representation of the program in-person at job fairs, marketing events, and school district events
- Assist state operations team with building relationships with local districts
- Perform any other duties (administrative, clerical, events) as directed by the Manager, Customer Success
- Act in accordance with Teachers of Tomorrow core values
- Perform other duties as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a leading university with academic excellence or commensurate experience in an educational or professional administrative capacity
- 1-2 years of customer service and/or sales experience

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
