Program Advisor
What You'll Do
- Handle both inbound and outbound calls with potential customers.
- Contact potential customers through lead follow-up process.
- Assess customer needs by following a proven sales process.
- Note customer interactions in CRM.
- Maintain a knowledge base of current industry and product knowledge.
- Attend on-site sales and product trainings.
- Collaborate with other sales channels to service our health club accounts and existing customer base.
Where You'll Work
This position will work hybrid out of our Gilbert, Arizona office. Remote candidates will be considered.
How You'll Spend Your Time

What You'll Need
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 2+ years of sales experience strongly preferred.
- CRM experience preferred.
- Self-motivated and energetic with a drive to succeed.
- Strong ability to listen, collect information, and then communicate and assist customers with their needs verbally via phone and email.
- Ability to work well with others, positively impacting the sales results of our team and serving our customers with excellence.
