Nature Of Duties
- Read and understand a variety of Purchase Orders
- Maintains direct contact with operations personnel to ensure positive relationships are maintained and customer expectations are met
- Provides reports to the Program Manager as requested
- Receives customer requests and prepares documents related to processing returns (RMA)
- Updates databases
- Records and reports the status of equipment returns, repairs, replacements, sales orders and delivery schedules
- Maintains records of returns, schedule changes, product enhancements or changes and product pricing, and resolves return credit problems
Skills
- Excel knowledge a plus
- Microsoft skills required
