Program Administrator- Aquatics
Primary Responsibilities
- Act as primary contact/respondent for related emails and voicemails
- Verify program registration forms
- Aid with program registration forms, rosters, updating scores in tracking system, and provide weekly program registration reports
- Aid with distribution of supplies, equipment, etc. as necessary
- Aid with senior engagement as necessary
- Help with clerical work as needed
- Aid with onsite program staffing as needed
- Aid with staff scheduling
- Aid with staff recruitment, interviews, and scheduling
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities
- High school diploma or GED required
- Knowledge/experience in Aquatics
- College degree preferred
- Must possess excellent customer service skills
- Exceptional human relations and motivational skills
- Ability to work effectively with people of different backgrounds, abilities, opinions and perceptions
About the Role
The Program Administrator will provide general support for the Aquatics Department and will interact with employees, management, members, and other business associates in an outgoing, courteous manner.
Requirements
This role works Part Time hours.
Pay
Pay Rate: $18 to $22/hour DOE
