Program Administrative Coordinator
About the role
Supports centralized housing program operations and workflows. Coordinates housing applications, screening reviews, housing authority communication, submission of renewal rent increases, completes housing renewals and subsidy-related processes. Ensures efficient processing, compliance, and support for onsite teams throughout the housing lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Coordinates housing application setup, renewals administration, and ongoing housing authority follow-up.
- Uses internal systems to manage workflows and support timely processing of housing program requests.
- Manage the Voucher Applications / Affordable inboxes and housing trackers to monitor application / renewal status, outstanding items, and housing authority follow-up.
- Set up and process Section 8 voucher and other rental assistance applications in Entrata, including income reviews, screening reviews, and RFTA preparation.
- Submit RFTA packets and supporting documentation to housing authorities.
- Ensure housing renewals are completed in accordance with required policies and procedures, including submission of rent increases, generation of lease documents, communication with customers, and final execution of lease renewal.
- Cooky with housing authorities, case managers, applicants, and onsite teams to support inspections, tenancy approvals, HAP contracts, and outstanding requirements.
- Coordinate with onsite teams and SSC functions to ensure operational consistency and compliance.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 3 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong knowledge of property management systems (Entrata preferred).
- Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Aptitude to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing operational demands in a fast-paced environment.

- Education & Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 3 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
