Role Description

The Freeman School of Business at Tulane University invites applications for a full-time, non-tenure system faculty position in Accounting. The appointment—

• may be for one, two, or three years,
• beginning July 1, 2027.

Salary and Benefits

Salary, teaching load, and benefits are competitive with other major research institutions. Hiring for this position is subject to final budgetary approval by the University.

Responsibilities

Professors of Practice at the Freeman School deliver rigorous undergraduate and graduate courses, often with an experiential learning focus and are expected to remain active in their fields through professional and scholarly activities. Service to the Freeman School and Tulane University is also expected.

Candidates should submit a cover letter, a curriculum vitae, a teaching statement, student course evaluations, and a list of two professional references (with contact information) who can provide confidential letters of recommendation. Other materials may be requested later.
