Professor - General Pediatrics

About the role

We are seeking qualified clinician-educators or clinician-investigators to join the Division of General Pediatrics in a faculty role at all academic levels.

Responsibilities

• Collaboration within a multidisciplinary division dedicated to advancing child health through research, informing policy, and improving clinical care.
• Access to extensive clinical resources, research support at the Feinstein Institute for Medical Research, and opportunities for secondary appointments across departments.
• Managing a high patient volume, training residents, medical students, and allied health professionals, and maintaining a robust research portfolio with significant grant funding.

Qualifications

• Hold an M.D. and/or PhD or equivalent, demonstrating excellence in education and research.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Record or potential for external research funding.
• Experience in pediatric population health or health services research.
• Research interests promoting interdisciplinary, community-engaged, and health equity-focused studies.
• Key focus areas include Advocacy and Community Health, Children with Medical Complexity, Transition to Adulthood and Adult Care, and Obesity and Weight Management.
